COVID-19 Update - as at 22/09/21

As New Zealand is in Level 3 and Level 2 lockdown, stores south of Auckland are open under Level 2 guidelines. Our online store is open 24/7 and we are dispatching orders as they come through. Our Auckland stores are currently preparing to open for Click and Collect from next week.


We will continue to dispatch online orders from our Distribution Centre.

The health of our team, community and those working through this time is our priority. Our dispatch team are abiding by the required health and safety standards to ensure that all orders are sent to you in the safest way possible. Courier delivery will be contactless from our DC right through to drop off.

In order for our DC to safely dispatch orders, it is running at a limited capacity. We apologise in advance if your order is delayed. Orders may take up to 5 working days.

We are now offering free NZ delivery on all orders $49.99 and over for a limited time.

Level 2 Stores open

Stores in Level 2 outside of Auckland are open. Our staff will be wearing masks, cleaning and sanitising all counters and payment stations. We offer contactless paywave in store. We will be monitoring store numbers and asking customers to wear masks and stick to social distancing rules.


We have extended all returns to 30 days after moving to Level 2 in your area. Returns can only be made through the original transaction, so in-store purchases will need to be returned via a physical store. In-store purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged through our online store.

If you wanted to return an item prior to lockdown on August 18th, don’t worry if you’re now outside the returns period. Our extended returns period has got you covered.
